- Place an order online:

- Name and Contact Information:
✅ Please double-check your name and contact information (mobile and email) at checkout to ensure accuracy and smooth communication throughout the ordering and pickup process.
- Product preparation:
🧺 As soon as we receive your order, our dedicated team will work their magic to prepare your treasures for pickup.
- Order's Ready Notification through email:
📧 Yippee! Once your items are all set and ready for pickup, we'll send you a thrilling notification via 📧 EMAIL. Keep an eye on your email inbox for the update. If we cannot see you by the end of the day, we will contact you via 💬 TEXT MESSAGE! Your last day of pickup will be November 12th, at 6 PM.
(So please ensure that you have filled in your contact information during the checkout process.)
- Pickup location:
🛍 Make your way to our enchanting booth at the heart of the Anime Expo 2024 Exhibit Hall in the South Hall Building.
You can find us at booth #1130.
- Identity Verification:
🧾 As you arrive at our booth, don't forget to bring along your order confirmation on your phone.
(*Due to requests and warnings from the bank and Shopify platform, we may require some customers to provide additional identity verification during pickup. Additional Identity Verification at Pickup
Due to requests and fraud protection warnings from the bank and Shopify platform, we may require some customers to provide additional identity verification during pickup. We recommend that you carry a government-issued ID and the credit card used for payment on the website when picking up your order.

Q: What should I do if asked to do additional identity verification?
- Present a government-issued ID document.
- Present the credit card used for payment on the website.
- Sign on the pickup receipt.
Q: Why am I being asked to do this?
Shopify platform may automatically mark a transaction as a fraudulent order when one of the following happens:
- The billing address you provided does not match what is on record with the bank.
- The cardholder name you provided does not match what is on record with the bank.
- The CCV of the credit card you provided does not match what is issued by the bank.
- Your IP address is not within the expected location according to your issuing bank, or the bank considers your IP address as a risk.
- The credit card billing ZIP code you provided does not match what is on record with the bank.
- You made at least one attempt with incorrect card or billing address information during the payment process.
*In rare cases, stricter additional identity verification may be necessary for a very small number of customers. This occurs when only one piece of information provided matches the bank's record. In addition to the previously mentioned steps for additional identity verification, we want to offer you options to ensure a seamless process:
- We can securely scan your ID document as a backup to further verify your identity.

Or, we can refund your order and request on-site card payment, allowing you to complete the transaction in person, ensuring your peace of mind.
We understand that going through additional identity verification can be an inconvenience, and we genuinely apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, we want you to know that it's an important measure we're taking to protect both you and the integrity of the transaction. If, for any reason, you are unable or unwilling to cooperate with the request for additional identification, we regretfully have to cancel and refund your order. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and secure pickup process for everyone involved.
